When you chat with the assistant on this site or send the contact request, we receive the name, phone number, email address if you give one, the service address, the kind of work you want and how soon you need it.
To answer your question, to prepare an estimate and to contact you about the work. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Chat transcripts are kept for 30 days and then deleted. Leads and their contact details are kept for 12 months. The assistant is an automated system; a person reads the leads.
The chat, the estimate ranges and the lead notification are handled by Raven Marketing Services on our behalf. Cloudflare hosts this site and the chat service.
